The Dallas Farmers Market Carries Halloween Into Sunday: Sugar Skulls, Balloon Art, Great Danes and Live Music
Sunday at The Shed and The Market runs 10 to 7, with a paper sugar-skull activity for kids in the morning, balloon art all day, rescue Great Danes until 2, and two stages of live music from 11 to 2.

Halloween weekend does not end at midnight at the Dallas Farmers Market. The market's Halloween and Día de los Muertos weekend continues Sunday, November 1, at 920 South Harwood Street, with the market open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and a full day of family programming layered over the regular Sunday stalls.
The morning belongs to the kids: a paper sugar-skull activity runs from 10 a.m. to noon, balloon art continues from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Hearty Paws Great Dane Rescue brings its larger-than-life four-legged visitors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Live music fills the middle of the day on two fronts — Sofia Bornia in The Market and Gabriella Martinez in The Shed, both from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For families stretching the holiday across the whole weekend, Sunday at the market is the gentler half of it: daylight hours, room to walk, and the Día de los Muertos thread — sugar skulls and remembrance woven into a working farmers market — carried at a pace a Saturday night parade cannot offer. The station's live feed puts Sunday's high near 78 with almost no rain chance.
