John Washington III Says a Corrupt Political System Needs to Be Exposed, and Calls Its Gatekeeping Not Democracy
In a TWA Community post, John Washington III asked who decides which candidates get the cameras, the money and the endorsements - and called for peaceful, constitutional change.

John Washington III says the corrupt political system needs to be exposed, and he is asking who decides who gets put in front of the cameras - and who gets the money, the endorsements and the publicity. Independent voices, he wrote, get pushed out while their ideas get stolen.
"They won't stand behind us, but they'll hand our ideas to their chosen puppets on a string," John Washington III wrote. "That's not democracy, that's gatekeeping."
John Washington III called for change - peaceful, constitutional change - to build a new government that actually works for the people. The Declaration of Independence says that when a government becomes destructive of the people's rights, the people can alter or abolish it, he wrote. "Let's come together and build something that serves the people, not the powerful," he wrote.
