Three Injury Clinics Are Coming to Dallas County: Garland and North Dallas by Year's End, Mesquite in Early 2027

ProCare Injury Specialists says its first move into North Texas will put coordinated accident care — evaluation, imaging, pain management, rehab and more under one roof — in three Dallas County neighborhoods, in a county that recorded nearly 44,000 crashes in 2025.

Three Injury Clinics Are Coming to Dallas County: Garland and North Dallas by Year's End, Mesquite in Early 2027 (Dallas Watch News)

Dallas County's crash map is about to get three new dots on the care side of it. ProCare Injury Specialists announced Thursday that it plans to open three clinics in Dallas–Fort Worth — Garland and North Dallas before the end of the year, and Mesquite in early 2027 — in what the company calls its first move into North Texas, following recent openings in Waco, Temple, Manor, West San Antonio and Corpus Christi. The Garland clinic is listed at 1865 N Garland Avenue, the North Dallas clinic at 12829 Preston Road, Suite 425, and the Mesquite clinic at 1765 N Town East Boulevard, Suite 112B.

The pitch is coordination. Each clinic, the announcement says, will bring together the services patients commonly need after an accident — medical evaluation, imaging, pain management, chiropractic, active rehab, counseling, neurology and more — so a patient can move from assessment to treatment without assembling the pieces across separate providers. 'There's no shortage of providers in Dallas, but coordinated care is harder to find,' Dr. Neil Boecking, the company's president, said in the announcement. 'Someone hurt in a wreck in Garland or Mesquite shouldn't have to juggle a handful of different offices just to get better.' The Dallas-area clinics will be led by pain management physician Dr. Mark Rouff, who made the early-treatment case in the same release: 'Pain from a car accident often doesn't show up until days later. When we start treatment early, we can break that pain cycle before it turns into something chronic.' Both quotations are the company's own, carried in its announcement.

The need the company is pointing at is a matter of state record. Citing Texas Department of Transportation crash data, the announcement notes that Dallas County alone recorded nearly 44,000 crashes in 2025, injuring more than 22,800 people and killing 274 — on a freeway system, I-635, I-30, US-75 and the President George Bush Turnpike among it, that carries commuter and commercial traffic through Garland, Mesquite and North Dallas every day. ProCare, founded in 2004, says it has grown to 14 regional clinics across Texas specializing in personal and accident-related injuries. Whether the three Dallas County clinics open on the announced schedule — two by year's end, one in early 2027 — is now the thing to watch; the desk will check the addresses against actual openings rather than announcements.
